Merriam Turkeys

         "I have never seen that many turkeys in my whole life..." said one hunter.  With the turkey population on our ranches coming in at over two thousand five hundred birds last fall, turkey hunting at Firesteel Creek Lodge is nothing short of amazing. We hunt turkeys several ways on our ranch, from heart pounding calling to the always effective spot and stock technique. Either way, your Merriam Turkey hunt is sure to be the hunt of a lifetime with us.
         Spring season opens early-April and runs through mid-May. The Fall season runs from around early-October through December. We guarantee turkey permits drawings.
